Working in Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire, we specialise in open plan living conversion and extensions. But we also have wide-ranging experience encompassing new builds, traditional extensions, conversions and renovations too.

We are completely flexible with in how we support clients. We are happy to work with you at any stage of the process, from initial input into project feasibility and design options, to provision of architectural and design services, to final build and fitting out. Or if your project is already well advanced, and you have the necessary plans and permissions, we would be delighted to work with you and your architect or designer, to understand your requirements and provide you with a price for undertaking the work.

We are a family owned and run local business. Headed by Donnie Fitzgerald and Phil Flannery who each have over 35 years’ building experience.  This expert partnership was formed through the amalgamation of Global Property Developments Ltd and Francis Nicholls Ltd.  

 

We have our own specialist workforce who are dedicated contractors exclusively to us, and we supplement this with other experienced craftsmen and women as we need them. The result is that we can control timescales extremely well and do not suffer from being pulled from a project halfway through.
